Since then, the share price hasn&#8217;t moved much, but the company has released a flurry\u00a0of updates that I think reaffirms the thought that Nostra Terra Oil &amp; Gas is\u00a0definitely a\u00a0company to look at. \u00a0Let&#8217;s go through the updates\u00a0one by one:<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"annmt\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investegate.co.uk\/nostra-terra-o-g-co\/rns\/director-s-dealing-and-shareholding\/201803161030029834H\/\">Director&#8217;s Dealing and Shareholding<\/a>\u00a0 on 26 March 2018 &#8211; nothing to really shout about here; one of the\u00a0directors wanted to transfer his shareholding to an ISA and the release was about the selling\/buying of shares into his share account.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-slot=\"5410859267\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-3153294147011912\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"annmt\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investegate.co.uk\/nostra-terra-o-g-co\/rns\/permian-basin---new-permit-and-drilling\/201803260700058404I\/\">Permian Basin &#8211; New Permit and Drilling<\/a>\u00a0on 26 March 2018 &#8211; the company received approval for one of the wells that\u00a0was in the &#8216;permitting&#8217; process, and indicated that the intention\u00a0was to begin drilling at the well in early May. The anticipated return is 2:1 at $40\/barrel of oil, with an estimated 35,000 barrels expected to be recovered from the well. The company announced that\u00a02 more wells that\u00a0were in the middle of the &#8216;permitting&#8217; process as well.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"annmt\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investegate.co.uk\/nostra-terra-o-g-co\/rns\/twin-well-production-update---new-drilling-permits\/201804090825191881K\/\">Twin Well Production Update &amp; New Drilling Permits\u00a0<\/a>on 9 April 2018 &#8211;\u00a0 company reported that the current Twin Well produced 58\u00a0barrels of oil daily\u00a0for the past 30 days and also announced that\u00a0the 2\u00a0additional drill sites\u00a0that were in the &#8216;permitting process&#8217; were now approved.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"annmt\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investegate.co.uk\/nostra-terra-o-g-co\/rns\/permian-basin---back-to-back-wells\/201804120700056498K\/\">Permian Basin &#8211; Back-to-Back Wells\u00a0<\/a>on 12\u00a0April 2018 &#8211;\u00a0the company announced that as a result of the success of the Twin Well, a decision was made to being work on the 2 wells that were approved in the previous update. This work will be done back to back.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"annmt\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investegate.co.uk\/nostra-terra-o-g-co\/rns\/final-exercise-of-warrants\/201804191415015024L\/\">Final exercise of warrants<\/a>\u00a0on 19 April 2018 &#8211;\u00a0 the company announced today that the final set of outstanding warrants have either been exercised or have expired. This means that the possibility for further dilution at this time is\u00a0 now gone.<\/p>\n<p>The above updates I think are all very positive. The company is confident enough to continue constructing new wells\u00a0ahead of schedule, and with no additional funding required.\u00a0This, coupled with the fact that the current oil price continues to climb,makes Nostra Terra Oil &amp; Gas an attractive proposition. The company&#8217;s directors have already gone on record saying that the company can make profits <a href=\"http:\/\/www.londonstockexchange.com\/exchange\/news\/market-news\/market-news-detail\/NTOG\/13023073.html\">on oil at $30 a barrel<\/a>. Today, oil hit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/business\/2018\/apr\/19\/oil-price-hits-three-year-high-at-74-a-barell\">$74 a barrel;\u00a0<\/a>a price not seen for the past 3 years.\u00a0It will be very interesting to hear what sort of increased revenues has been generated over the past few months as a result.
